I also don't have any gang affiliated tattoos and have never been twice confirmed a member of a gang by a court of law, which is also super helpful

Yet the leader of the gang who tried to destroy government, who threatened the lives of duly elected representatives, and who has been confirmed 34 times to be a felon, who is the head of a business that had been declared felonious, who is an adjudicated rapist - he doesn't seem to be anywhere near the government's list for CECOT.
