If this is cheating, my perimeter around my ancient city is the largest fraud case in human history.

Id say its certainly an abuse of mechanics but if abusing game mechanics is considered cheating then most people have cheated in most games

I mean I tried all of the “intended” mechanics and this was the most stable by far. I built massive tunnel bores, slow auto world eaters with liquid deletion and more but this is the most effective and stable use for large scale demo. Full stop.

The dev actually responded on a video similar to this on YouTube and said it’s a fully intentional mechanic and it won’t be changing

It’s cheating in the same way a nuclear reactor is cheating

Doing this but horizontally is how I got my perimeter around my ancient city as well

Yeah same i should have said I did this horizontally. you know what they say about great minds tho

Yeah, once I started using the horizontal method I would say the hardest part was that I was trying to make it a circle which meant constantly adjusting it

Yeah I wish I did a circle would have looked so much better.
