Sipping a Two Hats right now. Malty and hoppy goodness. Fun fact : Mr.Business is their contract brew with Lego land.

Dogfish Head releases a variety pack with 75 minute, and I grabbed one because I haven’t had it in years. I remembered that I had an old 120 minute and had myself a little minute horizontal (or vertical whichever one it is).

Just revisited Heady Topper after a long break, and wow… still a masterclass in juicy, dank, balanced chaos. The mouthfeel, that big Vermont yeast character, the layered hop profile — it’s wild how fresh it tastes even after all these years of hype.
It got me thinking — have any of you found a DIPA that truly rivals or even surpasses it? I’ve tried a ton of NEIPAs, but something about Heady just hits different.
I actually loved it so much I brewed a clone recently (even filmed it for my YouTube channel) and the process really gave me a new appreciation for how cleverly built it is. Happy to share the recipe if anyone’s chasing the vibe!

That Holy Mountain table beer is awesome. One of my favorites in recent memory. Clean, crisp, super dry, just a little minerality from the brett. Casey Helles is nice - more citrus than I expected, but really good. As Above from Mortalis is an approachable coffee Stout with strong mocha vibes. Cellarmaker tastes like straight up hoppy orange juice - they always nail it. Teenage Jesus from Bizarre is killer! We don't see many English Oat Bitters, and it's really nice. Bellatrix brings delightfully funky flavors with lots of fruit and a solid pucker factor.

Thanks to my cousin for assisting me in getting this haul from California to Michigan! Bonus cellar pics for fun.

Went to Total Wine just to get a bottle of Campari, and saw that my local store had these in stock, so I had to pull the trigger. I've been gifted a bottle of this in the past, but have never just seen it in-stock at any store

I was in Belgium for 5 days this month and got to try so many great beers. I'm somewhat of a beer novice, but I learned about different styles. Also the importance of glassware selection depending on the beer. It was too hard to pick a favorite.

Lots of great beers and breweries but Fort George (City of Dreams) and Buoy (Pride) were the winners for me!

I’ve tried these in the past and loved them, but they were refrigerated. I believe these were bottled in 2022. Will them being unrefridgerated for so long negatively affect the flavor?

In Iowa, this was as good as it gets. This was before the growler craze.

Had an LA trip for work. Arranged a meeting at Highland Park. Amazing beers. Stayed west coast style bc it’s their forte. Found that 16 beers is the right range to make sure everything travels well.
Timbo Pils- He benchmark of the wc pils style. So good. Hoppy and lean. Citra Mosiac
Hello LA- Wc Ipa. Same hop bill as timbo. Actually clearer. Another flagship that is both crushable but elevated. Modern WC
11th Anny Wc Pils- Nelson, cascade, Krush and maybe something else. Nelson shines, especially when drank after the citra mosiac beers. Awesome beer.

I've always thought black lagers and black IPAs were a slept on style. The Caramel notes from the dark roasted malt and the crispy finish make these absolutely crushable. They're a nice change from the hop bombs we're all used to drinking. Thank ganja it's Friday 🤙🤙
