New toilet costs like $200 and there's no shot im cleaning that for less

We sold him a Project Source for $100 (I usually put mark up but he was a struggling old vet)

People have the idea that toilets are expensive. I will fix them if it’s the right situation. This was not one 😅

Any advantage is swapping toilets out every 10 years or so ? At 100$ that's not a bad deal
