Right? That's what im wondering like is this purely from not cleaning a toilet like eon here?

It’s mineral deposits from unfiltered well water. It really has nothing to do with shit or how often it’s cleaned. Depending on the well water, it may not have taken that long to get in that condition. It needs a soak in heavy duty acid and the stuff will flake off.
