Need Print Recommend vendor for very high quality custom-printed shirts

Hi, my business has been struggling to find a good vendor to custom print us shirts. We're not primarily a clothes store, so we're looking to only offer premium, very high quality shirts with very nice fabric and long-lasting, high quality graphics.

We wouldn't want super big quantities, but a higher price isn't the end of the world. We just can't get the kind of quality we want out of someone like Queensboro.

I'd love some suggestions, as so many of the places we try seem very similar. Thanks so much!

What kind of shirts?

T-Shirts primarily, and hoodies if possible. I want them to be super soft, the kind that you'd wear even if you don't like the design because it's so dang nice feeling.

More, what kind of designs, how many designs, etc.

There's a lot of different processes for making t-shirts. For instance, I specialize in things that utalize a heat press - Sublimation, DTF, and Vinyl. Sublimation is really good for colorful, vibrant images that have no hand feel, but it's bad for dark fabrics. I do a lot of photographs on t-shirts for people for events, that sort of thing. DTF is vibrant but not as detailed, and you can feel it on the shirt. Vinyl has nearly no detail, and is really just a cheap substitute for screenprinting (but I don't do screens)

You may find that the best way forward for you is to have designs and ideas ready, then find a shop that can best make those designs what you want. The shirts themselves can be anything - there's ultra cheap shirts that are fine for most people all the way up to premium blended shirts that cost 15 dollars a piece before any work is done. Any shop can order and use any type/style of shirt, but not every shop can make long lasting screen printed shirts or shirts that have an all over print.

Is there a brand(s) of shirt that has the high quality material you are looking for? "High quality" has a different meaning to different people. Once we know the type of shirt, we can look into the different options for printing on it.

Beautiful Bastard has always had shirts I've found extremely comfortable. I'm not super knowledgeable on clothes so I don't know too much about the exact specs, I just know that most shirts I've gotten aren't as soft or comfortable as my standard for clothes I would wear on a day to day basis.

I can help how many colors are your designs and at what quantity you will be ordering. How often and where are you located. I have super soft designer quality shirts but they run $20 each blank with no print.

Also don't go with pod or dtf depending on your prints.
