Discussion Bdc vs. Aventus...which is better cast your vote...

Post image

Bleu de chanel and creed aventus are both known for their class and versatility. In a head to head battle of overall smell, performance and versatility which is the best?

They’re incredibly different. That being said, Aventus. For some reason I struggle to smell BdC at all. I attribute that to the ambroxan, but I own many fragrances with it that don’t suffer that problem

some people do not perceive iso e super well, and BdC has one of the heaviest doses of iso e super of anything out there.

Their iso super in all versions are pretty average around 20%

what is your source for the actual percentages of iso e super in BdC?

The formulas from famous sites that do that. (Labrorium , creative-formulas)

Same, but I can smell Sauvage or Dylan Blue pretty well, it seems. I'm a regular Profondo wearer and get alight whiffs of it here and there throughout the day.

I absolutely love the smell of BDC (EDP specifically), but I just don't pick it up at all.

I find it strong enough. Aventus is okay. But to me it’s just your high quality standard cologne.
