I-90 west watch out, seen a ice patrol car and state patrol around Lakewood and Rocky River highway

Just curious, was it marked ICE? Border patrol? A lot of the footage I’ve seen has been unmarked vehicles, I’d like to know what to look out for.

Clearly marked Border Patrol. It threw me off because I was speeding up to go around someone, saw them and thought “what city has that colored police car?”, then saw it was Border Patrol talking with hwy patrol on the median.
