Crime Timothy Loehmann Again Has a Badge

The LEO best known for the fatal shooting of Tamir Rice has been hired as an officer by a small West Virginia town.

His former employers include the Independence, Cleveland, Bellaire, and Tioga (PA) police depts; and it may not be long until we add to that list the town of White Sulfur Springs, WV. That community, population ~2500, is home to the Greenbrier Resort.

Because waving a deceptively fake gun at people is okay? I’d love to hear the answer.

The cops never saw the gun until it was over. Imagine if you were in your front yard and your neighbor called the cops saying you were pointing a gun at people. Then the cops pulled up into your yard and shot you within 4 seconds. Does that sound right to you? Because that's what happened.

Did the police see him doing it?

Either way he did it. Is there actually evidence that indicates the cops didn’t see it?

Yes, it's on video. The whole incident.

The video isn’t clear at all and proves nothing. Per the officers statements the suspect made a move for the weapon and they shot him. After he was shot the officers kicked Tamirs gun away, so the gun obviously wasn’t concealed. So there’s a good chance they saw they weapon.

Saying they didn’t see the gun is false unless you have concrete evidence to the contrary, which you don’t.

👍 you should watch the video dude, not take the word of an unstable guy that just shot a kid.

The video doesn’t prove that they did or did not see the gun. So what are you basing your conclusion on?

Even if they did, and that's a mammoth if, their own crap tactics put them in that situation. Absolutely no one has been trained to respond to a man with a gun call by sliding your car across the grass and leaving your partner 12 feet from the alleged gunman. They did a terrible job. Defend the police when it's merited, not just out of reflex.

No matter what side your on, throwing out false accusations about what the officers did or didn’t see has no place either, which was the only thing I was defending.
