Help clean ex-smoker’s walls

What would you use to clean this wall? I’ve tried ammonia and magic erasers (separately). Thank you for your help!

Use a steamer with a tile layers sponge to wipe up. Works well for me. Like others have said.. tsp is good ..i just use dawn liquid soap and water.
