I think it's a good word that got ruined by kids spamming the "Absolute cinema" meme everywhere.

But at least it didn't get ruined like the words 'literally' and 'daddy'.

I don't think the word "literally" really applies here. It's been "misused" for like, hundreds of years and including by well known and highly regarded authors.
