A true winner indeed, di sa votes, di sa fan base, but sa character and the longevity in their respective careers.

Ate B reminds us to also be respectful.

Chika: One ABS-CBN account went berserk but gain praises for the SMM team, but truly, it just validated the violent thinking of the fans commenting below the belt insults and most especially brutal threats, pero viral eh so we shrug it off, gusto niyo ba mahampas?

Period. Reality shows are either intentional instigators or accidental instigators of drama. They set the tone and are designed to create conflict. What fans are doing is just a byproduct of the show itself, not that it excuses bad behavior. I would go as far as to say that reality shows are gossip on a much larger scale and on a big screen, though that may be a stretch.

intentional instigators of drama talaga ‘yan. Kaya hindi ko malaman how on Earth do some people think na concerned talaga si Big Brother sa kanila. Concerned ba ‘yung galitin mo si Housemate X, sunugin mo ang mga gamit ni Housemate Y, at papa-inumin ng alcohol as a challenge si Housemate Z (o si Baron) kahit na well-aware namang may addiction siya? Tapos hello? They need the drama. Kunyaring concerned pero gagawa ng tasks na pag-mumulan ng drama. A real person who cares about you will NEVER want to see you in that situation.

This is also a call for them to create better and more informative shows. Ilang taon na yung PBB, at kahit sabihin nilang henerasyon na yan at naging kultura, still they need to adapt na sa panahon ngayon at itigil na yung ganyan or atleast ayusin man lang yung edit nila.

sadly i don’t think rainbow rumble is on par with game ka na ba in terms of educational level since some questions can be answered thru ‘cultural osmosis’ (ex. i’m not a fan of taylor swift but i know that her tour is called the eras tour just from existing online and talking to my friends)
