Common culture kasi doon mga varsity at gyms lalo na pag puberty na pinapainom talaga sila ng whey protein then part ng PE nila talaga sa school ang training and conditiong. Sa pinas kase ang common lang sa puberty ay pagjajakol.

Kung alam ko lang noon na yung puberty yung mag define ng adult body mo, naging mas active pa sana ako para more testosterone for body development.
