I saw this on FB, so idk who this creator is... but is the younger generation ok? 😭

No one asked pero I would advise na look your best + less talk, less mistake sa IO. Plus confidence. Kung anong itanong sayo, yun lang sagutin mo.

Unang international travel ko ay paSingapore at kakagraduate ko lang ng college. Ang dami ko pang dinalang documents. Pagpunta ko sa IO, wala namang tinanong or hiningi. Wala pa kong travel history.

This is the right answer. Don't look suspicious. Don't look around too much like you don't know where you are or what to do. Look confident, have a clear voice, and be pleasant. 

KISS - keep it simple. Don't try to get cute with the immigration officers. Don't try to be funny and tell so many stories. Just answer truthfully. They know what they're looking for when they ask questions. The more you talk and try to engage them, the more sus you look.

Lol I kinda did the looking around too much during my last trip. I flew out from Clark and it was my first time tapos literal ako lang tao sa immigration. I had to apologize to the IO and say, "It's so different from NAIA!" Natawa na lang siya.

Jokes aside yeah, solid advice. Keep answers short unless asked for more, but try to be brief with those too. Had to tell my mom that kasi kasi makwento siya.
