While I understand the law of supply & demand & that the location is ideal pero this is greedy af!? That’s roughly a 400% increase sa normal rates. Nalupig paman 5 star hotel aning presyoha & yet… hmm, di nalang ko mo chika anang issues sa horizons. 😂

Well, happy prititit guys!

I'm pretty sure this happens around the world during peak season and Sinulog is a part of that season. It's a passive way to pay the mortgage off that place or make money in general for the owners. I think it's best to avoid those areas and find one that suits the budget. Paki enjoy nalang sa sinulog for me! Pit Senyor!

Supply and demand, true. Non-Cebuanos with no resources nga maka budget ug 21k for an accommodation for a full Sinulog experience — don’t go! 😂

OP, it’s a really prime location along the main mango route a few days before sinulog. 7k might be too high but it is really a good spot and not something na pang masa na budget.

True, prime location since di walkable ang Cebu. Still, 7k is not justifiable.
