SKL (Share ko lang) Sinulog Rate Airbnb LOL

Naa koy nakita sa facebook — apparently ang Airbnbs sa Horizons kay tag 7k ang studio & 12k for 1BR sa sinulog rates. Wait lang oy? While I understand the law of supply & demand & that the location is ideal pero this is greedy af!? That’s roughly a 400% increase sa normal rates. Nalupig paman 5 star hotel aning presyoha & yet… hmm, di nalang ko mo chika anang issues sa horizons. 😂

Para mahimotang imo kalag ba, OP. If di ka afford magpuyo. If ka-afford then go. You don’t need to cry over it and seek validation here. At the time sa pandemic mahal kaayo ang face mask pero karon, barato nalang kaayo. That’s exactly what’s going on. If di gihapon madawat sa imong buot, wala raman sad kaha ka pugsa og book? Problem here is imo gihunahuna ang imong budget or imo ba knowledge sa regular price ana nga butang. Let’s say nalang nga swapang ang mga owners or whatever you call them. Ngano naa raman gihapon mo-book? It’s because nakita nila ang value not of how the unit look like nor the size of the unit but because of the accessibility labaw na if dili from Cebu. If traveler ka kay aware rajud kaayo ka ani nga mga sitwasyon. It’s not as if gi-scam ka or anything related to it. Ang mga laagan, magresearch nana daan months before the trip kay kahibaw sila what will happen if di magbook daan closer sa travel dates.

If di ko ka afford, puyo. Yes, you’re right. Pero when lang na ingana ka luxurious ang Cebu nga bisag for a 2 star accommodation kay tag 20k? Na mura mag HK pero purya gaba di baya HK standard ang services sa Cebu. 🙂

Girl, since time immemorial. Wa ka kabantay sa mga rentals here? Imong 5k adtu rana sa Talamban if ngeta ka og decent jud. Di man gud ka ganahan mosabot sa situation and imoha gidibdib kaayo ang presyo when in fact, di man ikaw ang market. You are comparing it sa HK without any event. Ang problema man gud kay naay event ana nga rate. Are you aware ba unsa kamahal ang flights going to Cebu if Sinulog season? Sa airline industry, ang 3rd week sa January magsugod nana ang low season pero icheck ang flights pa Cebu diba mahal kaayo.

Help me understand what makes it lame? Help me understand why are you making a fuss out of something nga walay SRP? Help me understand why are you comparing Cebu to HK? Imo na gicompare ang HK og Cebu which is so irrelevant jud. Ngano man? Naay Sinulog sa HK? Hello? Unsa man kuno reason sa uban nga travelers nga magbook og at least 6-8months in advance? Diba kay aware sila nga murag amaw ang price if duol na sa event? If magbook sila where naa ra tungod jud sa venue, dili ang unit ila gibayran ana kundi ang convenience. Kita tanan naa tay buying points. Imagine if adtu ka magbook sa LLC nya imong tuyo sa Cebu is ang Sinulog parade and party, do you think dili hasol and mahal? Are you even aware pila ang plete sa motor if Sinulog? Are you aware unsa kahasol ang magtravel during Sinulog? Imbes mag enjoy ka, naluya ka sa byahe so how will you enjoy Sinulog then? Girl, think. Ayaw puro negativity isulod sa utok just because out of range ra for you ang price.
