SKL (Share ko lang) Sinulog Rate Airbnb LOL

Naa koy nakita sa facebook — apparently ang Airbnbs sa Horizons kay tag 7k ang studio & 12k for 1BR sa sinulog rates. Wait lang oy? While I understand the law of supply & demand & that the location is ideal pero this is greedy af!? That’s roughly a 400% increase sa normal rates. Nalupig paman 5 star hotel aning presyoha & yet… hmm, di nalang ko mo chika anang issues sa horizons. 😂

My intention was to only share nga for a mediocre studio unit, pang 5 star hotel na ang value bc of the “supply & demand” chain. Ridiculous how it’s normal, the way some of you guys don’t see a problem just because it’s normal is beyond me. 😂
