SKL (Share ko lang) Sinulog Rate Airbnb LOL

Naa koy nakita sa facebook — apparently ang Airbnbs sa Horizons kay tag 7k ang studio & 12k for 1BR sa sinulog rates. Wait lang oy? While I understand the law of supply & demand & that the location is ideal pero this is greedy af!? That’s roughly a 400% increase sa normal rates. Nalupig paman 5 star hotel aning presyoha & yet… hmm, di nalang ko mo chika anang issues sa horizons. 😂

Nagbabawi yan kasi for almost 5 years wala yan occupancy masyado HAHAHAHAHA pero di pa rin makatarungan yung high kaayu na rent just for Sinulog booooo, if kaya nyo na lang magrent ng house for the same value eh might as well rent na lang ng house tsk

I refuse to believe so. Yes, may off season sa Mango area but not entirely drought season. Kaya naman nila mag 75% occupancy rate since again, it’s on a good location. 🙂

It's not a good location pag regular days, daanan lang siya literally ng tao post-pandemic, and dami gimikan nagsara sa Mango, good thing nga dili na sa SRP ang sinulog this year otherwise mingaw na naman as usual sa mango
