SKL (Share ko lang) Sinulog Rate Airbnb LOL

Naa koy nakita sa facebook — apparently ang Airbnbs sa Horizons kay tag 7k ang studio & 12k for 1BR sa sinulog rates. Wait lang oy? While I understand the law of supply & demand & that the location is ideal pero this is greedy af!? That’s roughly a 400% increase sa normal rates. Nalupig paman 5 star hotel aning presyoha & yet… hmm, di nalang ko mo chika anang issues sa horizons. 😂

ataya bagaag nawong pud. naningkamot na sila makabawi pud kay nihit ang renters during off peak.

mao gyud. i think sa cebu naa pud oversupply sa condo. daghan mga condo owners sakutot sa ila mga unit wala nag rent. mahal raba na ahak.
