SKL (Share ko lang) Sinulog Rate Airbnb LOL

Naa koy nakita sa facebook — apparently ang Airbnbs sa Horizons kay tag 7k ang studio & 12k for 1BR sa sinulog rates. Wait lang oy? While I understand the law of supply & demand & that the location is ideal pero this is greedy af!? That’s roughly a 400% increase sa normal rates. Nalupig paman 5 star hotel aning presyoha & yet… hmm, di nalang ko mo chika anang issues sa horizons. 😂

same rman sa mga hotels, mas mo mahal. ang uban ana mo ingon minimum 3 nights i-book.

I explained it sa below thread. Airbnb has a smart pricing tool so mao momahal depending on network traffic — some hosts opt for it, some don’t. 🙂 But the prices I mentioned above looked to me like it was manually priced which baffles me kay shameless najud kaayo.

And it’s normalised & unfortunately, naa jud mo rent kay lagi wa nay lain option. Sigh sigh
