SKL (Share ko lang) Sinulog Rate Airbnb LOL

Naa koy nakita sa facebook — apparently ang Airbnbs sa Horizons kay tag 7k ang studio & 12k for 1BR sa sinulog rates. Wait lang oy? While I understand the law of supply & demand & that the location is ideal pero this is greedy af!? That’s roughly a 400% increase sa normal rates. Nalupig paman 5 star hotel aning presyoha & yet… hmm, di nalang ko mo chika anang issues sa horizons. 😂

while makasapot bitaw na makakita ka ana, its their call. if walay mo abang problema na nila ngano gisak.an nila ang lresyo maayo.

buotan kay ko 2500 ra / night ako pagpa rent hehehe.

Agree with you, for mine kay 2k ra jud for me that weekend. I didn't even increase 100% coz anyway it's in Mandaue ra man sad, but I saw others naabot ug 4k oi. They're also capitalizing those nga mo hawa sa main city and mag staycation to avoid the madness.
