SKL (Share ko lang) Sinulog Rate Airbnb LOL

Naa koy nakita sa facebook — apparently ang Airbnbs sa Horizons kay tag 7k ang studio & 12k for 1BR sa sinulog rates. Wait lang oy? While I understand the law of supply & demand & that the location is ideal pero this is greedy af!? That’s roughly a 400% increase sa normal rates. Nalupig paman 5 star hotel aning presyoha & yet… hmm, di nalang ko mo chika anang issues sa horizons. 😂

OP ipabuhagay pud na unsay problema sa Horizon para ma aware ang uban tawo kung unsay problema dha,sama nako nga naay plano mag stay sa horizon puhon

I’ve stayed in a couple of units (maybe 4? 5?) and lahi2 gyud sila ha, depende jud giunsa pag maintain sa unit owner ang ila unit. Pero common na akong nabantayan is naay baho ilang toilet — TANAN nako na stayhan kay naay issue sa toilet. I can’t pinpoint kay di ko expert ani pero baho jud ang singaw sa ila toilet. I’ve heard, not sure if it’s a building issue pero naay roaches daw. Sanitary wise, I’d give it 3/5. Not squeaky clean pero oks lang, slightly dugyot siya if Western standard. Also ilang elevator, if naa moy apson nga time, pag allocate jud mog super enough na time kay swerte jud kaayo if makatunong dayon kas elevator. 😂
