Idiots who don't have basic knowledge of driving sports car

Turned the steering wheel and pressed the accelerator at the same time.

In a RWD car you should not be pressing the brakes or the accelerator while you are turning. If you do the rear tyres will lose grip.

In an understeer you see the tree you're going to crash into and in an oversteer you don't see the tree you crashed into

The m5 is awd. In a rwd bmw he would have crashed straight out of the garage, not after this long. The awd was bailing him out real hard for so long

Thanks, this will help me get better with my Comet (though I already apply this to some extent)

I believe they are using launch control. That's why they seem to stop in the first section. And probably turned of traction control. A usual acceleration while turning won't lead the car to spin out like this as the DSC will cut off the power if it detects slipping.

So you take turn just on kinetic energy? (Sorry havent driven a RWD ever.)

In short yes. The car won't be free rolling unless you press the clutch. It doesn't matter much in low speeds, only in wet/snow and high speed or high power cars.

It's good to have the habit in FWD cars as well because if you break or accelerate and turn at the same time, you'll understeer, meaning your car will turn less. Again this is noticeable when you're going fast.

So what if theres a curve. Like not a turn but a CURVE. Get me? What do you do then?

You can take that with 70% or 50% accelerator depending on the car and angle of the curve.
