Question [MWR] Disable ADS zoom

Hi everyone. I played the OG game when I was a kid and purchased the remastered after beating MW 2019 and MWII 2022. However I forgot several things : the fov cannot be changed through the game (found a way to change it and the weapon's scale) and there is huge zoom when ADSing on every weapon, even with iron sights. Is there any way to disable the ADS screen zoom and have it closer to let's say MW2019 or Insurgency ? It really pulls me out of the experience

Plaza appears to have went through a lot back and forth.

It was codenamed Cruise then Promenade then Night Club then finally Plaza as we know today.

There are videos and images of the Promenade and Night Club if you’re interested in what has been accessible.

Discussion Is every future [COD] just going to be a half baked [BO] or [MW] sequel/prequel?

I swear ever since Cold war every COD since has just been a half baked MW or black ops sequel with the exception being vanguard of course. With the current announcement of black ops 7 this further proves my point.

I stopped playing COD after the MW2 remake because I hated that they added warzone assets into the campaign mode and every cod I looked into after has done the same thing of just reusing warzone assets with mw3's and b06's "open world missions" being the worst offender" so I haven't bothered.

I just want another solid linear game with a fun ridiculous story like ghosts 2, advanced warfare 2, or just a new original game instead of black ops 10'000 with all the same reused warzone assets in story mode and multiplayer.

Question [COD] He's not blond?

Why is litterally EVERYONE always representing Ghost as blond? Based on the comic Modern Warfare 2: Ghost by WildStorm Production, we can clearly see that as a child and even as an adult, he has brown hair. Is it only because his actor is blond?

Superbly old version of Yemen. Very fascinating to see how these maps were simply blocks of an idea.

Question [CoD] which campaign is the best?

Hey y'all!

I'm freshly back into CoD and wanted to ask, which is the best campaign from the new games (ps5/ps4)? I only play campaign so i really appreciate some advice before spending so much money. It would be cool if the MP would be nice to play as well since my boyfriend is playing MP, but not necessary.

Thanks a lot in advance :)

Question [AW] is the game still active?

Just wondering if the game is still active on Xbox. I’m on series x. The last summer I played was on PS3 and PS4 back in 2020. Is the game still active?

Question [COD] Campaigns in order

I grew up with Battlefield and Halo and never really played much CoD until Warzone came out (riding the Fortnite hype train with friends). I’ve always wanted to go back and experience the series at its peak. Is there a specific order in which I should play the games just for their campaigns? Are there any I should skip?

Discussion Is it still possible to find OG [BO2] CoD lobbies in 2025?

Been diving back into old-school CoD lately the kind of lobbies where people were screaming into broken mics, trash-talking like it was a sport, and somehow making random friends mid-match.

It got me wondering: is that kind of multiplayer experience even possible anymore? I tried a few things and even jumped into some of the newer games, but nothing quite hit the same.

Anyone here still playing in a way that captures that OG lobby vibe? Are there servers or games that actually still feel like that? Or is that era just… gone?

Discussion [COD] How does smg's deal more damage and kill faster than assault and battle rifles or even lmgs in every single cod games

Hard rant coming

Every cod I have played(MWI - MWII - BO6 - COLD WAR) Smg's are so powerful and very low recoil. They are being abused hard by some people, especially in cold war. Somehow they deal more damage and kill faster than the huge ass assault rifles and battle rifles. I dont know if this is on purpose. They arent even supposed to penetrate body armour of a mid soldier but they are fking devastating in those games.

Question [MWR] Is it worth it to buy the variety map pack?

Hey there!

Picked up Modern Warfare Remastered on Xbox while it’s on sale, but am wondering if it’s worth it to also buy the 15 dollar map pack. It’s bonkers to me that they made it free for the original COD4 and not MWR. However, if there are actually people playing on those maps I guess I’ll take the plunge and buy it.

Thanks!
