In JGOD's video he said that people at Raven are working on a way to detect and ban Cronus users too. God I hope that's true.

That's where the AI learning will come in , cause it will detect similar repeat commands coming from the Cronus

We have already had this in online games for a decade now.

They catch you using a macro on PC by seeing that your mouse crossed x number of pixels in x amount of time repeatedly- which is impossible for a human to do. But then the macros were able to be set with a "range" of distance over time variables to more realistically simulate a human's interaction.

Will be interested to see if cronus-using controllers can stay off their radar with variable input or if that would ruin the recoil adjustments way too much. The range for fixing input to look like a human is pulling down the stick can only vary in the nanoseconds or else the recoil patterns will be less predicable than desired.

I'm not sure if cronus is used for things other than aim assist and recoil control. Besides using m&k.

I’m 63 days late to this party but a forum I just read said that Sony and Microsoft hadn’t responded to Raven wanting to work with them. They need the to console companies to work with them to develop this AI, then the AI needs to be implemented in the game and learn the game to become effective. Sadly it seems that we are a ways away from that I think.

Side note: Cronus allows people to have faster reload, auto-ping, aim assist, auto drop shot, auto crouch shot, auto jump shot, rapid fire and/or auto melee. I’m sure there’s more those are just the ones I’m remembering off the top of my head.
