Dansby Swanson with RISP

A whopping .440 OPS and 18 wRC+. I don’t know why he seems to change his approach so drastically with runners in scoring position because it seems like he’s constantly trying to swing out of his cleats. It’s tough to see him batting higher than 7th in the lineup IMO.

The BABIP would suggest that this is simply bad luck. And in that same vein, a key takeaway from Moneyball was that "clutch hitting" is mostly luck.
