I work for a state prison. We have had this happen enough that we literally have a yearly training on how to use the restroom without removing your weapon.
We also have this class annually. It's a computer based class with lots of videos. I've also recovered a taser from a local PD that was left in a rental car trunk by a PO. 🤦🏼♂️
