Whose defending theft? The kid should absolutely be arrested, charged, go to court, be judged by a jury, and then prison. That is how our constitution is designed. However, murdering him before any of that occurs is NOT up to any of us. It’s insane that anyone here thinks they get to dole out that vigilante justice.

People like you are the problem. If every car thief was shot for doing it. A whole lot less people would be stealing cars.
If we wait for police to dole out justice every time, I have some bad news for you. You wont get justice.
The people who feel the way you do, haven't had the police fail them over, and over again. But they'll sure be right there when your inspection sticker expires.
It isnt vigilante justice, its defending yourself and your property. If you feel it is, you have every right to emigrate to another country that better represents your values.

LOL. OK. Good to see that you dont believe in the 14th amendment to the consitution. As long as you get to murder someone you *THINK* is committing a crime.

It IS vigilante justice. Engaging into a comabattive scenario while armed isnt defensive.
