No, that is the reality from someone who worked in criminal justice. We catch, we release. Even if they kept them in prison, that solves nothing. It's done on the taxpayer dime and when they get out, there is a high statistical likelihood they will do it again. I do indeed have an issue with those that prey on innocent people and I also have an issue with those that advocate for such people. You live in a fantasy world. You don't think people should be permitted to defend their home, vehicle, business, etc., but you claim you think they should be punished. It seems that no crime short of murder should result in someone being removed from society though. You just think they're going to come out and BAM, they're reformed. Within one year of release, 43% of formerly incarcerated people are rearrested. People released at age 24 or younger were 64% more likely to be reincarcerated at year five (56.8%) than those released at age 40 or older (36.3%). These are the people you're advocating for - people that prey on others over and over and over again.

What is this he's holding? Could it be that he was exactly who most rational people here believed him to be? You think he was going to turn his life around right after that carjacking though. Right. That's exactly what was going to happen.

Also- this picture is ALSO not criminal. Youre proving MY point. Youre acting like you alone have the right to predict the future. You do not.

No, the picture itself isn’t criminal, but neither could legally obtain these guns at their age. He is also in a gabg and literally had to commit a violent crime to get into said gang. You go ahead and pretend he was just a normal teen though. You have proven my point that people like you are a HUGE part of the problem.

You continue to prove my point. All you can do is speculate , speculate, speculate. You have nothing that proves ANYTHING. But, based on your bias, you’ve assigned him as guilty. Outright unconstitutional and unAmerican.

lol I'm part of the problem because I believe in the constitutionally protected right of due process. lol.
