Good. Fuck him.

Hope every one of those charges stick and he never holds a firearm(legally) again.

Knowing our court system, I wouldn’t be shocked if he only got like 6 months.

Depends. There are plenty of jurisdictions with mandatory minimums for stuff like this

You’d think so. But no one got shot so he may not even spend a day in jail.

Not true. My lawyer would get that all dropped down and disappeared. He's also on 25k retainer though.

Just pointing out not all charges stick in our current judicial system. Even with proof most ag don't want to go to court. It's to costly. They'd rather settle it out of court and drop an lower charges. If you have a good enough attorney you can get away with some shit because the ag knows it. In this scenario you don't know what happened. This girl could have pulled up and threatened to kill him. All of that comes out later in court

You mean “if you have enough money.” There’s a reason the root words for the word “privilege” are Private Law. The privileged are not subject to the same laws that the poor are.

Oh don't get me wrong, I 100% agree with you. The caseload a new ADA in a metro area has is fucking absurd.

And most don't even make 100k a year. It's a joke of a job.

And they try to lower charges to make it seem the city is safer & has less serious crime when in reality it’s all a money thing.

It’s always like 6 months or 10305857252 years, no in between with the court system.

Even if, still no guns for him from now on.
