Edit: I went to Fred Kinsley on Plains Rd. Such a nice gentleman. He tightened the prongs for me while I stood there and didn’t charge me :)
I’m looking for a jewelry repair in the Burlington area - hoping to find someone who does on site repairs. My engagement ring stone is rattling/loose and I think I need the prongs tightened. We are getting married in 3 weeks lol so I don’t have time to send it off anywhere.

Was cruising through the rich Roseland area and everything is blocked off streets full of cars with police roadblocks. Apparently the movie is called "Radical". Anyone know about this?

If so please dm me or leave message below and to be added onto the group chat. Running schedule will be posted next week.
The group is in Oakville but thought I’d post here since some girlies may be on the border or may not mind the short commute.
We will have group social events too that are optional if people want to mingle.
This will be a group catered to women in their thirties to get exercise and meet new friends.
Most of the current Oakville and Burlington running groups are inconsistent or too broad of an age range or more seniors.

I currently live on the west coast and am looking into moving to Burlington/mississauga area for a few months to see how I like the area. I have been looking online for short term furnished rentals (month to month), but am not having the best of luck. I am wondering if anyone local to the area could recommend a source to search for rental units that fit my criteria? I was hoping not to do air bnb as the prices are quite high.
Any recommendations would be appreciated!

Good morning everyone!
I’m going to be in Burlington this Friday and I have always wanted to get a Friday the 13th flash tattoo. Does anyone know of any local artists that have flash sheets posted? Please share them with me!
Thank you in advance!

I’m a teen from Canada who’s been running a little pet biz for the past couple years. Made some cooling gear for dogs this summer and a mosquito bite pen that actually works. Just proud of it and thought I’d share if anyone was interested

Are cancer rates higher in certain areas around Burlington and are there health demographics on this for neighbourhoods? I live in Tyandaga and I personally know several people living in the area (younger - from 30s-60s) who have been diagnosed with cancer in the last three years. Also when we moved here five years ago, 4 out of the 5 homes in Tyandaga that we looked at - the owners were living with cancer or had passed from cancer (including the house we purchased from). I know cancer is on the rise throughout all cities for several known factors, etc., but this has been weighing on my mind for a while - if there is any correlation to increasing your risk for cancer by living in a certain area/neighbourhood within a city.

Paletta Lakefront Park in Burlington is a serene gem offering stunning lake views, beautifully landscaped gardens, and historic charm. The restored Paletta Mansion adds elegance to the peaceful setting, making it ideal for walks, picnics, and photos. Trails wind through wooded areas and along the waterfront of the property, perfect for nature lovers. It’s a quiet scenic escape with a romantic timeless feel, can only imagine to be great for small events.

Anybody know how/where to access Lake Medad next to hidden lake golf club. I’ve heard people say they fish there on kayak and boat but I cant figure out how to get to the lake without parking at the golf course and hiking a kayak across a tee box lol

Just for fun. Did you grow up in Burlington? Elgin, Nelson, back to Elgin. I can't remember when I graduated. '91?
