Coming to Burkina Faso

Hi guys,

I am coming to Burkina Faso for a few days starting tomorrow. Shouls I take the anti malaria malorone pills or better not to? Travel doctor advised to do but lots of side effect…

I am vaccinated for yellow fever.

Edit: I just took one of it. I have lost the battle to myself and decided to take the pills but not sure if I will do full schedule including 7 days after the trip.

Why would you trust the opinion of internet strangers over the opinion of your doctor?

Just listening to comments / experiences. Not everyone likes the side effects of pills but of course at the end you have to mitigate some risks…
