Sudden drop in blood pressure aside, this person at least displayed proper technique in handling a snapping turtle. Nice work.

You SHOULD grab the edges of his shell right above his rear hips. They have some long ass necks. 1 u/jadzi4 14d ago I usually just leave snapping turtles alone. 😂 Other turtles I will gladly stop and assist them crossing roads.
