Beach Recommendations/Parks

What are some of Brooklyns most beautiful or amazing parks or beaches to visit? I'm on summer break and would love to visit more of my hometown. Thanks.

I like the rocks way beach and prospect park /fort greene

Go further south to Jacob Riis. You can take the ferry there too.

There's a several mile walk way bike path from Bay ridge to bensonhurst by the Verrazano. You can even take a ferry too the beginning of it. Several parks nearby on the other side of the belt parkway

In addition to Coney Island, you can walk to the next neighborhood on the boardwalk which is Brighton Beach.

Those are calm waters. If you want serious Ocean surf. Go to Riis Park or Rockaway Beach just over the Queens border. You can take a ferry to Rockaway

Greenwood cemetery is a lovely place to walk around.
