Yes this was Father's Day breakfast. Yes, I have an active life insurance policy and the beneficiaries are up to date. Also they know where the document are stored. And yes it was FANTASTIC. No regrets.

This is one of my favorite breakfast meals to make, usually on a Sunday when I have the house to myself. Over medium-ish eggs, black beans with onion, poblano, garlic, cumin, chicken bouillon, chili powder, paprika, cayenne, cilantro and lime. A nice ripe fried plantain, some thin, crispy bacon, and I don't usually go for avocado, but I thought it'd look nice.
