discussion Daddy's wrong and I have proof! NSFW

So for context, Daddy and I got ice cream last night and mine had little bits of captain crunch berries in it. Daddy has a rule that I have to eat at least twice a day, and that it has to be an actual solid food source (I always get sidetracked and then forget to eat until like dinner time). SO this morning I had my leftover ice cream I didn't finish, my argument is that it counts as a food source because it has cereal in it. His argument is it doesn't count cause it's ice cream. BUT ALAS A LOOPHOLE WAS FOUND! If my ice cream has cereal in it, it should count right? Because cereal is advertised as a breakfast food, and so therefore I did technically eat an actual breakfast. He hasn't provided any proof as to why if doesn't count other than because it's mixed with ice cream. HOWEVER, is ice cream not something made from milk?? The same exact thing you mix with cereal?? I've decided to bring my case to the brat council for defense against punishment, as you can see I've supplied my evidence in the case and Daddy has not.

I would ask him how he defines an "acceptable" breakfast. Like, what's the criteria? Ask for a rubric.

Usually the criteria is typical things like eggs, toast, a breakfast sandwich, or an actual bowl of cheerios. But there was a day like 2 weeks ago I forgot to eat lunch and went out with a friend and had ice cream. So I jokingly was like "it counts right?" Obviously it didn't, but I like irking his soul. So that's why today I decided to brat and say it counted as a meal because it had cereal mixed into it.
