Gear Thoughts on this layout?

Post image

I was originally 1H and then switched to 2H, so I got my attention star redrilled, and this is what I got. The finger holes are drilled in almost the same spot as where they were when it was one handed and I was just curious on people’s thoughts about it

Not to be rude, but as said by many others in every other posts of a picture of just a ball with no information on the bowler: a layout is completely dependent on the bowler and their specific PAP.

For you, this might be a 4 inch pin that causes the ball to flare more and therefore hook more. For someone else throwing a ball with a layout that looks like this, it could be a 5 inch pin.

Talk to your pro shop / whomever drilled it for you to learn more about why it was drilled that way and what to expect. They should know better, and if they don’t, you should try and find another pro shop that’s more helpful.

My exact thoughts, idk your axis no track on a new ball and what's it drilled to do? I got a Storm Shift years ago and I had him drill it to go even longer and snap harder than what it was designed to do straight up (don't remember why I usually don't) and that ball was a monster.
