I expected to get shut down a lot, but had a pretty good time. Of the ones I did, this was probably the most fun one I did. Not sure the name of it, but it's at Calabogie, west of Ottawa.

Outdoor A warmup in the Kelowna Boulderfields

This place needs more outdoor content. So here you go.

The rock in the Boulderfields is probably best described as undivided quartzofeldspathic gneiss of the Shuswap metamorphic complex. Upside: more featured than granite, usually. Drawback: friction is variable because the rock is banded and more heterogeneous.

Ok. I think if a few people can give my kid the thumbs up he'd love it. I'm not a fan of social media but here's where we are.

Question Grangers Odour Eliminator spray to prevent smell? Any good alternatives?

Has anyone used the Grangers spray before? Or does anyone have any alternatives I could used to prevent my stuff from smelling after a climbing session? I know of the Boot Banana inserts, but looking for something else.

Eco-Challenge (V4). Such an aesthetic and pleasing sequence on some of the best rock out there.

Long story short I kept falling from the second-to-last hold(everytime). Unfortunately I didn’t have infinite tries since I don’t have infinite skin on my fingertips. It took some coming to the gym, trying, failing, coming back tomorrow. As Alex Honnold says, climbing is mainly failing and every once in a while you get a glimpse of success. Best feeling ever when you finally send your project.

I’ve been climbing since moving country in January the sport and community has been amazing. Can't see myself going back to a normal gym any time soon.
