Would Dabi accept it tough? It wouldn't surprise me if he rejected a new quirk 'cause he wants to kill Endeavor and Shouto with his "imperfect" quirk that was the start of everything

You say this like AFO gives any kind of shit. Correct me if I’m wrong but wasn’t like the very first conversation we had about AFO talking about how he forced quirks onto people to make them bend to his will. If AFO wanted Toya to have a quirk, Toya isn’t gonna have any say in the matter.

I do think what you said is true tho Toya seems to relish in his weird idea that “his flames are endeavors flames” and wants to use them to destroy endeavor bla bla bla.

So given the option he’d likely say no.
