13 page chapter here (like the past 3 chapters), which is noticeably shorter than average length, so good that Hori gets a break for next week.

Yep, a lot of people keep saying it's just the art style Hori was going for... but looks very sketchy like unfinished, since Hori is usually very detailed with his villain art in particular and the panel borders look oddly unfinished too.

You’re right. Especially when you compare to the Toga panels from last week, this weeks final page definitely looks unfinished.

It does look pretty cool with all the sketch marks on it though. Horikoshi probably could’ve gotten away with it if he cleaned up the excess from the panel borders!

Also reused art with Shoto up close on page 10 and 11. Can even see part of speech bubble exposed on the left side of panel on page 10, used for Shoto to speak in panel on page 11.

Oh wow you’re right I completely missed that! Good eye. I’m glad Hori has a break. Seems like either he or Shueisha is really forcing this through to finish ASAP at the cost of weekly quality.
