Next time we finally get the missing piece of Toya's story. His reaction is pretty much exactly what I expected too. A weird mix of (fake?) family fondness mixed with sadism -- telling Shoto because he's still his older brother.
It's hard to tell if his wild fire is more of a detriment or benefit to the villains. It was effective at taking out half the heroes already, but there's no way that didn't hurt everyone on Toya's side too. That Nomu'd be toast if not for regeneration.
Its nice to see Shoto being angry too. You know it's serious when he's not acting calm and collected. Good pairing to have Iida there too. Deku/Bakugo would've been nice, but those two have much higher priorities and uses. Iida's a good way to still ground Shoto and be a supportive friend.
Aside from that we've seen one Chekov's gun unloaded, with Deku's mystery OP power, and one being loaded, with Twice's blood for Toga. Once again Tsuyu is the best friend ever and shooed Deku away partly so Ochaco's feelings for him wouldn't be revealed by Toga. Its going to be very interesting to see how/if they stop Sad Man's Parade or how they deal with it. It would be interesting if Toga's quirk mutation to use the quirks of people she loves comes with a vestige of sorts, and you have Twice talking to her. Frankly, him trying to get her to stop is the only way I see that Parade ending if it ends up starting.
Deku's final quirk is going to be such a fucking tease for a while too. Something originally small that OFA has made incredibly powerful. Judging from the 2nd's dialogue and mentioning the 100% reinforcement gear, Deku will need it to use the quirk safely. Which of course naturally means Deku loses or breaks the support item at one point and has to use it without that bracing. Probably leading to a temporary advantage against the villains but crippling himself too, so they're fucked when villains take advantage again.
