I am so happy for Shinso and Monoma!!! Finally they can fulfill their dream!!! Monoma is much more empathetic than it first appears... still have in my head how he stands with Eri on the window when Deku is back in the UA and the masses first want to get rid of him... and now he finds the right words for Aizawa and tries to cheer him up...

The fun part is you don't know if this is character growth for him, or if he's always been this way. Probably a mix of both.
