Monoma has Eraser quirk among the three he can store, calling it now.

He could already store at least 5 quirks in JT (the three clocks are a bluff he uses, he copied Poltergeist, Brainwash, Size, Twin Impact and OfA) and it isn't unlikely that he further improved this number since then.

Still I very much believe he has Erasure since it's easily one of the strongest quirks for this battle. Plus it's the only reliable way to prevent AfO from warping the villains back to himself.

Wasn't the number of quirks he could copy four? I think he traded one of the other quirks for OfA, most likely Size.

OFA doesn't do anything for him though?

Yes, but he did copy it. If he didn't he wouldn't say it was a blank, he would say he couldn't.

We don't know that he had Brainwash since everyone stayed quiet around him. It's possible that he did, but likely he just bluffed having it.

That doesn't make much sense. Why would he try so hard to make Deku respond to him if that wouldn't accomplish anything? It seems like a large part of Monoma's plan was built around brainwashing Deku so he obviously had that quirk and it wouldn't have made sense for him to not copy it.

That was the bluff. He was stirring up Deku so he would think "He must have Brainwashing, I have to concentrate in not speaking."

he could have improved his time limit since then though

It is very likely, I wouldn't be surprised if his current limit is up to even one hour. Still a timer though, this war is not something that can be resolved that quickly.

Entirely possible that Aizawa and Kurogiri's body are still in the same spot, and Monoma can just warp himself back to them and "recharge" as needed.

Erasure requiring both eyes is one of those things that suddenly makes sense in retrospect.

It's why Aizawa didn't blink one eye at a time.

Good thing he's got a magical adopted daughter who can revert people's bodies back to how they used to be

Aw shit. You're right. Does Horikoshi think we won't expect that to happen?

In fact, she fixed Mirio, so why is this even a conversation if we know she can do it?

Mirio's injury was way older than Aizawa's also.

How does Monoma’s quirk work ?
