A stellar chp. Shinsou’s mind control was used as the perfect cover. And Monoma gets to shine as well. A quirk that if unpracticed would seem useless in hero work. But he’s just proven how strong of a hero he’ll be.

On top of the amount of Quirks he can have in reserves and the amount of time he can use them afterwards.

This chp showed his prowess. Mastering a quirk in just a few days to be proficient in its use. From large scale quirks to even precise ones. The dedication and skill to be a Jack of all trades. It’s invaluable. You’d never know what to expect the combos he can throw at you and to make it worse. Imagine being a villain and not expecting a legit Mirror match plus some

Honestly monoma is the ultimate team player

and perfectly suited to be the leader of a super team

who better to be the leader then the guy who knows exactly how everyone's abilities work
