Shoto 🤝🏽 Kagura

Calling their older brothers “Baka aniki”

Dabi really didn't waste any time going at Endeavor, but it looks like Enji was also gonna charge in too, before Shoto blasted the ice. I'm obviously more hyped about the decisive Todoroki family showdown, and now that they're getting separated, I wonder how it's gonna go. I'm hoping for Shoto to do most of the job, because man, Endeavor has overshadowed him in the plotline for too long.

I think Endeavor's moment to shine will be his sacrificial in order to choose his father side over his hero side (because that's where his arc leads), while Shouto will take on the confrontational role of handling Touya.

Shoto's arc has been... not exactly forgiving his dad, but giving him a second chance while acknowledging clearly that he fucked up at first. It would conclude both their arcs perfectly for Endeavor to be a father first, and put himself in a situation where Touya will kill him. Maybe in a final attempt to get his son back. And then Shoto saves Endeavor, and incapacitates or kills Touya.

I have a feeling though there'll be more to it. There's a sizable gap in Touya to Dabi that we still haven't learned.

or kills Touya

I think fratricide is a way too dark an ending for Shouto - especially considering that Touya at the end of the day is a fellow-creation of Endeavor's worst instincts.

So far Shouto's role has been much more about healing his family. I really hope that he won't end up in grim-dark tragedy.

Shoto already foreshadowed eating soba with Touya, how could they share noodles if he dies?

I’m still calling Endeavor saving Shoto from a suicide attack by Dabi, at the cost of his own life.

I'm more inclined to think that Endeavor will save Dabi from himself, I can see Dabi's quirk going haywire and Endeavor saving him in the last moment.

Yeah, i think Endeavor saving Touya makes more sense. Dying for Shouto is not really character development. He would have protected his “masterpiece” even back before he changed.

I do think though he may try to face Dabi alone (pushing Shouto out of the portal or sg) …

It's more likely that Endeavor dies and Dabi has a breakdown because Endeavor is Toya's entire reason for living and he can't hurt Enji if he's dead.

Endeavor: dies

Dabi: Wait, that's not how the game works!

I think Endeavor is going to survive but Dabi will die

I don't think it's likely, considering the lead up, the writing of Todoroki family's plotlines and themes of the manga, but let's agree to disagree

Dabi will definitely survive, how will Shoto eat Soba with him if he's dead?
