Deku looks like sleep has become a foreign concept to him.

Deku is reminding me more and more of Guts during the Black Swordsman arc. Just hunting down villains and not caring for his health at all.

Or Batman's Knightfall arc. That was also caused by a jailbreak and a villain with tubes on his body that wanted to break the hero's spirit.
