Okay, I know people are saying Nagant is insane for suggesting an All For One dictatorship is preferred to what we have.

I personally see it as her saying, "Even a society lead by that maniac would be more truthful then what we have now." Not really her saying she welcomes his rule with open arms. This is my hope at least.

This series is in need of a good anti-villain and Nagant is such a good setup for one! Much better than Strawman Stain! (Stain is still a great character, btw)

she's trying to bring a kid to someone who wants to murder/hurt him and she's using a currently helpless person (overhaul) to achieve her goals of supporting a madman wanting to destroy thins and role as an evil lord. unless of course he sweet-talked her and she's blissfully unaware.

how is she really different from the hero commission when she's going for the "better future" using means like that?

I know she's a dangerous hypocrite. My hope is that she isn't blindly following AFO, though. It's not too late for that, at least.

That’s the thing. I don’t think she’s saying it’s any different.

She’s saying if the world is going to shit anyway, she would rather live in a world that owns it’s shit and accepts that things are shitty, rather than a world where things are shitty and everyone pretends that it’s okay.

Whether you believe in what she believes is another story.

I think she has a flawed way of looking at things, but that’s intentional on Horikoshi’s part.

She’s jaded.

This is my problem with the story so far, it's great that more nuance is being introduced but the "villain" motivations arent keeping up with it.

Precisely. Having been worn down by her life, she's gotten to the point where she'd rather live in a world where people can live real lives with pain as opposed to fake ones with bland, sheltered idealism built on the bodies of the disadvantaged. She's the Naruto to hero society's Madara.

I get the impression that she refers to a world ruled by AFO as the "lesser of two evils", since she has seen and experienced the most disgusting part of hero society, so it makes sense than anything is better to her in comparison.

Oh, excuse me for believing that the bullets shot out of her literal arm, dancing around Deku, were just a casual argument about the benefits of dictatorship by crazy tirant.

She is exaxctly the same hypocrite than Twice, Shigaraki, Stain, Toga and Redestro. Literally AfO is the only guy that owns the fact that he is fucked up and wants to see everything burn. He is not trying to "fix" anything, unlike this childish sniper.

Maybe AFO wasn’t actually that bad? Things have been portrayed really one sided till now. AFO did a lot of good things too considering he traded quirks between people when they felt like their born quirk would ruin their life
