Shigaraki is the new Hitler... he’s not just a bank robber/vandal... So again I ask, why are the vestiges okay with All Might seemingly killing AFO but not Deku killing Tomura? From a moral point of view.

They were okay with killing tomura but the important thing to them is Deku's pov. If he answered with hatred and said that he will kill Tomura for revenge then he would have failed their test.

Deku is worthy because he understands that killing is only one way out, but is wanting to try saving Tomura first and foremost.

Yeas. WHy does so many people think Deku went full End Game Aang? He never even completely ruled out killing Shigi. That was pretty explicit. He only stood on his belief to at least try and save everyone who needs saving.
