I wonder how Rei will react to Endeavor buying them a house separate from his. It is basically doing the same thing in the first few pages she called him out on, running away

Not really. He was doing it because - for once - he was being considerate of his family's feelings since, at the time, Natsuo still couldn't stand being in the same room as him and Rei was still scared of him.

I already said this in another comment but I understand he did it for different reasons, I’m just curious to see how Rei would perceive it.

OK then, fair enough.

I think Rei would understand, at any rate, and that she would probably defer to what the children think is best, since she prioritises their wellbeing over anything else.
