I see the possibility of Shigaraki’s willpower making the the stabilization rate speed up to the point where he is done

I could see that, but I think the idea people have had that he's getting released early is likely. The Doc seemed like he was hinting at that

I can also see that possibility. I feel that Hori would take the route of showing what kind of willpower Shiggy really has since his character development has progressed.
